Jung von Matt is looking for an (Executive) Client Service Director (d/f/m) to join our JvM SPORTS L.A. office.
As an ideal CSD for JvM SPORTS you will be the senior point of contact for day-to-daymanagement of the business, our local office and with the ability to sell new ideas and solutions and create strong business relationships.
You are the contact person for our team on the ground and our clients in consulting. You are responsible for the economic and content-related aspects of our budgets, their expansion and further development. Your focus is on strategic and creative consulting for brands, clubs, leagues and athletes in sports on the road to the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the Olympic Games 2028.
In your role, you drive the development of framework agreements and the scope of work with new and existing clients and you are the connecting dot between Los Angeles and the JvM SPORTS HQ in Hamburg. You will help our global management team to initate and win pitches and lead existing client relationships such as with Coca-Cola, FIFA, Hyundai, UCLA, LAFC, Coca-Cola and Clif Bar & Company. In this position, you will also represent the agency at external meetings, events and PR.
Your responsibilities:

• You help drive and build the business. You lead the office.
• You are the strategic point of contact for the clients.
• You work with the management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build up the business of current clients.
• You contribute to the client’s business growth by identifying new opportunities.
• You mentor and develop creative solutions to both client and internal challenges.
• You foster a productive and empowering working environment.
• You lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization.
• You partner with peers in internal disciplines to work on existing or new business opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Min. 5 years of experience with Integrated campaigns in international agencies.
• Experience in International accounting.
• Experience in team coordination management.
• Passionate in communication.
• Curiosity is key. You’ll have the chance to thrive in an environment with little limitations and curiosity will help you immensely.
